If possible, stop by and pick up the new patient paper work to fill out prior to your visit. Reduces the time at the office for your initial visit. New patient paperwork is avaliable to be downloaded and printed or you can stop by our office and pick it up. Your first visit will consist of a one-on-one evaluation with the physical therapist, evaluating your condition and setting up a treatment plan specific to you.
No, Private Pay is always an option to those who do not have Insurance.
We do accept Medicare, Medicaid is dependent on the Insurance coverage.
Yes, we have a Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only.
Yes, all insurance companies will have their assigned co-pays. Private pay Patients are set up on an Individual basis. Insurance companies consider physical therapy a specialist service. Copays will differ from normal office copays.
Normal Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Although we can accommodate most schedules and adjust our hours if arrangements are made ahead of time.
If symptoms reoccur, or new problems arise, you can return to our care. A new doctor's order will be required for a new treatment. We offer an Exercise Program for a small monthly fee for those who would like to continue exercising in our office. We have designated hours for our Exercise patients.
We accommodate most situations however, due to Liability Protection and lack of space, bringing additional family members children is discouraged.
Call 9-1-1 for Medical Emergencies, however we do offer after hour answering service.
